1. Consultation & Project Discovery
We start with a conversation — onsite or virtual — to understand your goals, budget, timeline, and vision.
During this phase, we:
Assess the property or existing structure

2. Design & Scope Development
If you already have architectural plans, we review them.
If not, we help you move through planning with trusted architects, engineers, and designers.
This phase includes:
Floor plans & structural details
Material selections & specifications
Value-engineering options
Scheduling considerations & feasibility
The goal: a clear, accurate scope of work before breaking ground.
3. Detailed Estimate & Contract Approval
You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate outlining:
Exact scope of work
Material and labor breakdown
Allowances (if applicable)
Project timeline
Payment schedule
Once approved, we sign the contract and lock in your spot on the build schedule.
4. Pre-Construction Planning
Before we begin, we make sure everything is aligned:
Permits pulled
Materials ordered
Utilities coordinated
Subcontractor scheduling
Site logistics planned
You’ll know your exact start date and what to expect.
5. Site Preparation & Demo
For remodels, additions, or new builds, we handle all prep in-house:

6. Structural Build & Exterior Shell
This stage forms the physical structure of your project:

7. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
All core systems are installed and inspected:

Once approved, the walls are ready to close.
8. Interior Buildout
