Site Preparation & Drainage Improvements: Envy Construction conducted full-depth reclamation of the existing asphalt, addressed sub-grade issues, and installed new catch basins and underground piping to enhance stormwater management.
New Pavement & Striping: Fresh hot-mix asphalt was laid, cured, and striped to reorganize inventory parking, customer parking, and vehicle display areas, improving traffic flow and ADA accessibility.
Lighting & Safety Enhancements: The finished lot features LED pole lights and downward-facing fixtures that reduce glare on neighboring properties while doubling nighttime visibility.
Curb Appeal Upgrades: Drone images show new paver aprons, concrete wheel stops, landscaping beds, and refreshed façade paint, giving the business a cleaner roadside presence along busy U.S. Route 302 (Roosevelt Trail).
This renovation not only improved the dealership's aesthetic appeal but also enhanced operational efficiency and customer experience. The updated layout allows for better vehicle display and easier navigation for customers, reflecting A Plus Trucks' dedication to excellence.
